Youth Sailing Program

Appetizer

Panko crusted fried green tomatoes with a creamy aioli and crispy chopped bacon

Main Course

Red wine braised short ribs with whipped goat cheese potatoes and roast carrots

Dessert

Homemade banana pudding with fresh banana slices, vanilla wafers and whipped cream

Wine Recommendation (BYOB)

Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache or Merlot

For the vegetarian, the chef will offer the appetizer sans bacon, and provide Red wine braised Portobello Mushrooms instead of Short Ribs in the main course
