Bring your best to the 2023 Terlingua-In-Exile Chili Cook-Off this Friday (10/20) 7PM, upstairs in the DCYC Clubhouse. Voting ends at 8:30PM with awards at 8:45PM.

Chili Categories
Traditional Red - Meat, Red peppers, spices, and sauce
Traditional Green - Meat, Green peppers, spices, and sauce
Non-Traditional - Vegetarian, Chili w/ beans or other adjuncts
*Overall First Place gets to put their name on the perennial trophy
Competitors to arrive by 6:45PM, no entries after 7PM as judging begins then.
No cooking on-site. Bring 3 quarts (minimum) of your chili to the upstairs kitchen, ready to eat, and in something to keep it warm (like a crockpot) AND A PLAIN LADLE.
