NOTICE OF RACE 2022-23 Fall/Winter Race Series Invitation Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club invites you to participate in the 2022-23 Fall/Winter Race Series at DCYC on Lewisville Lake, Oak Point, Texas. See schedule below.

Rules The races will be governed by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2021–2024, except as modified by the Sailing Instructions.

Entries and Eligibility The series is open to all sailors. The entry fee for $15 per boat for each half of the series (see series schedule below). Each boat entered may be called upon (by random draw) to assist in one day of race committee service and will receive first-place scores for those races.

Races/Courses/Fleets The Race Series will consist of two halves with awards for each half and an award for the overall combined scores from both series combined. Courses will be defined based on the Sailing Instructions. Start/Finish line will be set by the Race Committee. All non one-design entrants will have a PHRF rating assigned by the Race Committee. Race Committee intends to run 2 races each day but may run a 3rd at their discretion.

Scoring The score for a competitor will consist of their best 10 scores for each series.
